A Canton enamel rounded top rectangular panel 18th/19th Century decorated with a house nestling amongst a rocky landscape and from which a women looks out at a hunting scene showing equestrian and foot soldiers chasing scattered animals with bow and arrows, swords and spears and shields, the latter bearing the character for the family name Wang, in gilt frame 65cm x 44cm The markings on the back possibly suggest this has been in an Indian collection . Provenance: From a Cotswold deceased estate
