A 19th century mahogany longcase clock

The painted dial with Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and date indicators, all beneath a painted scene with a family fishing in a river with a country house beyond. The hood of architectural form with outset columns to either side and a broken arch pediment with a central finial. The case with decorative stringing and shell inlay to the door. All standing on bracket feet.

The dial with wear. The name to the dial is illegible. Numerals worn. The case with marks, dents and scratches overall and with some losses and in need of some repair, particularly to the ornament to the hood. The escutcheon to the door in need of repair. The movement seemingly complete but in need of cleaning. The clock complete with pendulum and weights.
