An early 20th century Chinese model of a moon-viewing boat
The bone model with fretwork decoration overall and on two levels, with various figures standing on deck. The boat further decorated with tables full of fruits and banners hung with couplets about the moon. The model is displayed beneath a glass dome on an ebonised base with bun feet.

With some signs of old repairs and losses. Losses to some of the foliage. The top deck with repair needed to the pierced floor. A loss tp the back top edge of the boat. Further minor marks and losses overall. The dome in good condition.
