Provenance: purchased at the auction sale of the contents of the Hendre, Monmouth, the home of the Rolls family.
Enid Boulting (1928-2021), fashion model; former wife of Roy Boulting, film director (1913-2001) and later wife of the 9th Earl of Hardwicke.
