A 19th century French Limoges enamel scent bottle, of cylindrical form, painted with a cherub and trailing flowers on a gilt heightened blue ground, the hinged cover enclosing silver gilt interior with glass inner stopper, 5.8cm high
In good condition overall, with some minor wear to the gilding. There is a fine crack to the surface from the mount down to the cherub's arm, and a very small crack/fracture to the edge just below the hinge. Inner stopper currently appears stuck/jammed in place.
