There is a small split to the front from the top edge, approx 6cm long, and an inverted U shaped split just below, by the tower. Further cracking to the edges, and a fine craquelure throughout with some ingrained dirt. The applied gilding to the corners is worn and flaking with further similar wear and losses to the gilt inner frame. Inner frame appears to have been applied over and joined to the panel. The back and sides have been applied with a black stain. Further pictures out of the frame to follow.
