To include a pair of hand-coloured etchings of the Lake District, signed and titled below the plate 'Francis Wells', the first 'Evening Glow, Derwent Water', and 'Eventide', Ullswater'; together with Norman Hurst, aquatint of a church on a hill above a river, signed below the plate 'Norman Hurst', indistinctly titled.

Dimensions: Each Lake District etching 24.5cm x 32cm. The Norman Hurst 26cm x 20cm.
