Consisting of fifty-four German pre and post-war banknotes, three printed on silk c1920; a 50,000,000 Mark note; 1923 1,000,000,000 Mark note; two “vampire” banknotes; a 1918 “egg” note; a 1924 10,000,000,000 Mark note; and many others of various sizes; a group of forty Worldd War II French and Italian ration coupons and Allied Military Forces banknotes, to include Allied Forces 1943 notes printed in the USA, for 2, 5, 10 and 50 Francs; 1, 2, 5, and 10 Lira; etc; a further collection of Allied Forces Banknotes, consisting of nine German notes, some printed in Russia, some in the USA; five Austrian notes; and four Japanese notes; a collection of British Military Authority and British Armed Forces special vouchers for a variety of denominations including 1 shilling, 10 shillings, pounds, etc; a collection of World War I period Austro-Hungarian banknotes ranging from 10,000 to 1 Krone; also with a 1 and a 2 Krone voucher for the prisoner of war camp at Braunau am Inn, Austria; and twenty-three Scothish and other banknotes, to include a 1935 British linen bank £1 note; a 1938 North of Scotland Bank Ltd £1; a 1939 Bank of Scotland note; and others; together with three States of Jersey £1 notes; and an Isle of Mann £1 note.
