Both with signs of wear consistent with age and use. Both paintings with some craquelure. One painting with potential scratches. 'Dutch Town View' with a circular blemish to the left portion of the bridge, we have not attempted to remove this. 'A Sunny Street in a Dutch Town' with a small indent and vertical line to the left of this, which does not show under UV light. The frames with splits, staining and restoration. The back of the frames with tape and old labels attached. Please note that the pictures have not been removed from their frames to be examined.
