Born and bred in Oxford, Clive is the third generation horologist in his family: His grandfather worked on the High Street Oxford and his father ran his own workshop at home. Surrounded by clocks at home and fascinated by the dashboard dials as he sat in his grandfather’s 1933 Austin Ten, which he still owns today, it is unsurprising that Clive is now a specialist in clocks and barometers. Clocking on at Mallams over thirty years ago, he runs two dedicated Clock and Barometer sales per year, as well as being involved in many other sales.
